I am a fully qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist and Counsellor. I completed my training at Birkbeck, University of London, and I hold an MSc with distinction in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, a training rooted in psychoanalytic theory which is accredited by the BACP and the BPC. I am a Senior Accredited Member of the BACP (414194) and a registered member of the BPC (48948). I sit within column C of the SCoPEd framework, representing the industry's highest levels of competency and training.

In addition to private practice, I also have therapeutic experience in the NHS in secondary care, as well as in forensic and personality disorder settings. In the past I have worked in a supportive capacity with the homelessness community and I have been a Samaritans helpline volunteer.
